This 3 Gallon Concentrate makes a total of 12 Gallons of Ready to Spray SoyFuze. 3 Gallons of concentrate will cover about 1200 to 1800 SF depending on the age and condition of your roof. How dry and thirsty the shingles are plays a role (we reccomend full saturation for the best rejuvenation possible).
This is a per SF cost of only around 20 to 26 cents! The corporate franchise and dealerships charge well over $1 per SF to apply these soy/bio based rejuvenation products! SoyFuze contractors are much more affordable and can be found HERE. The required dilution will leave a final Soy Solid percentage content of 20%. After much testing this is the perfect solid content. More is not better in this case, but less will not give the lasting effect we want. We are happy to discuss this in more details. Sadly competitors charges more for their concentrate and recommend much higher dilutions and higher coverage. They are simply not recommending full saturation like we do and in our opinion the improvements will not last.

Very happy with the ease of application and the results as well. I paid a lot for premium shingles 20 years ago and wanted to get my money’s worth out of them. Noticably increased shingle flexibility when I checked after a few days. Roof replacements in my area are over $20K, so whether you DIY or hire someone it’s well worth the cost. If you DIY, splurge on a rope and safety harness from the local HW store…the proper setup costs only a tiny fraction of your savings.
